Issue Jan 30

Another double double for Charlie Villanueva 26 pts and 13 rebs.

Andrew Bogut was back of the bench with 13 pts, 8 rebs and 2 blks. Im sure all the Bogut owners out there are rejoicing.

Productive night for Antawn Jamison. 25 pts and 15 rebs. I like this guy and im happy he is on my team. He doesnt blow you away but he is a consistent double double threat every night he plays.

Big Z, Zydrunas Ilgauskas is back and im happy i got him of the free agency because of his injury. He got 20 pts and 11 rebs.

Kobe was again in his own element getting 30 pts, 8 rebs and 5 asts. Bynum was also back and is on a hot streak of double doubles continue with 27 pts, 15 rebs with a bonus of 2 blks.

Al Jefferson got 34 pts, 13 rebs and 4 bks. I dont get it why he got the snub off the all star squad.

Get Raja Bell now. Another smokin night 27 pts (3-5 3pts), 5 rebs, 4 asts.

22 pts, 12 rebs 3 asts and 2 stls. Nene Hilario owners rejoice!

Jason Thompson owners ( me included) 15 pts, 12 rebs, 1 ast, 1 stl, and a blk. Not bad at all. Still available in 57% of yahoo leagues. Last time I checked he was just 30% owned so people are starting to notice his game. Good for him. My best bet for most improved fantasy player!

Issue Jan 29

Dwight Howard had a monster night getting 22 pts, 18 rebs, 2 stls, 2 blks. If that stat line cant help you tonight I dont know what more Dwight can do for you.

20 pts, 15 rebs, 4 asts, 1 stl and a block almost like Dwight but it comes from my old reliable Tim Duncan!

Good line for Amare Stoudemire tonight 28 pts and 10 rebs.

My Fantasy All Star Weekend Starting Five

Well because the all star weekend is just around the corner I decided to get into the merriment and list my own starting five base on their fantasy value so far.

East All Star Starting Five

Dwyane Wade (PG, SG)
Danny Granger (SG, SF)
Lebron James (SF)
Chris Bosh (PF, C)
Dwight Howard (C)

West All Star Starting Five
Chris Paul (PG)
Kobe Bryant (SG)
Kevin Durant (SF,PF)
Dirk Nowitzki (PF)
Al Jefferson (PF, C)

I left our two deserving candidates on the west side I think Tim Duncan should also be there because he his having a great and productive year and same goes with Yao Ming. But I did not include Yao because he is injury prone. I rather have Al Jeff on my lineup atleast I know ill be getting some one who can be healthy through out the year.

On the east side I can only think of one. And thats Kevin Garnett. But I think he is just coasting along and not playing true to his game.

So how about you guys. Who are in your fantasy All star team?

Issue Jan 27

Charlie Villanueva should be universally owned right now. I cant believe that he is still unrostered in 20% if yahoo leagues. Maybe this leagues only consist of 5-6 teams. I dont know but he just got 28 pts, 8 rebs, 4 asts, 1 stl, and a 1 blk. Im sure he'll be productive from now on becuase offensive load will shift to him now the Michael Redd is out for the season.

T.J. Ford is again looking good. He is now again on the starting lineup and hes outburst tonight (34 pts, 3 asts, 2 stls) will see him rostered by more people. Having dealt with T.J Fold i woudnt jump on trading for him or loosing someone productive but on a slump right now because of his healt issues. He is just near 70-65 games per year and in fantasy land that missing games a lot.

Once again Jason Thompson was productive. Getting 21 pts, 11 rebs, and 4 asts. And for him to be still available in 60% if yahoo leagues is a mystery to me. With his wide range of eligibility (C, PF, F) you can almost play him everynight if you want to. Im picking him up asap!

Eddie House is in a hot streak right now. If you ever need 3pts you must get him while he is still hot. Past 4 games he is averaging 19 pts and 5.5 3pts while hitting 69% of his 3s. Hoo. He can win the 3pts categorry by himself! But be warned he is very very streaky. He can blow cold anytime!

Dwyane Wade almost got a 3triple double getting 14pts, 9 rebs, 9 asts, and as a bonus also got 3 steals.

Jose Calderon is back! (17 pts, 11 asts, 4 rebs, 3 stls, 3-5 on 3s)

Kevin Durant is in a blaze this January getting 35 pts, 10 rebs, 6 asts, and 4 blks tonight. I almost traded the dude. Thank you cuz for not accepting the trade offer.

Rasheed Wallace showed up tonight getting 25 pts, 10 rebs, and 5 stls.

Greg Oden is emerging from his cocoon comming into the 2nd half of the season. 14 pts, 14 rebs, 2 stls, and 3 blks in not bad for this rookie. Looking at his last 5 games he is contributing in points, rebounds, FG%, a block and a steal. Not bad at all.

Since being inserted on the starting 5 Jan. 9, Raja Bell has been contributing big time. Past five games he is averaging 18.3 pts and almost 2 3pts shot.

I think the significant contributions by DeAndre Jordan is coming to an end. Marcus Camby is back. So is Baron Davis, so I think its time to drop him and look elsewhere for Big Man Stats. Lets see if my predictions becomes a fact.

Issue Jan 27

Kevin Martin had a good line tonight getting 35 pts, 7 rebs, 7 asts, 4 stls in the loss to the Cavs.

On the other hand, 2 Cavs player had monster games, Lebron James got another triple-double getting 23 pts, 15 rebs and 11 ast. Mo Williams also almost had a triple-double going 43 pts, 8 rebs and 11 ast. With two players getting that stat line how can the Cavs lose?

Tim Duncan is on a tear of late, again getting 24 pts, 9 rebs, 8 asts, 2 stls, and 2 blcks. In the last 5 games he is getting 24 pts, 10.2 rebs, 4.4 asts, 1.2 stls, and 2 blks. Im happy i have him in my roster.

Ronnie Brewer is becoming a significant contributor for the jazz as of late. Past 5 games he is averaging 17.5 pts nd 3.25 rebs.

Raymond Felton and Boris Diaw had great games tonight getting 21 pts, 11 rebs, and 9 asts and 23pts, 9 rebs, 9 asts, and 2 stls respectively.

Kobe Bryant and again Andrew Bynum contributed in the loss. Getting 39 pts, 8 rebs, 5 asts and 24 pts, 14 rebs and 6 blks from the two.

Issue Jan 26

Shaq is back! Scoring 28pts, 8rebs and 3 block shots. Whats more he was 9-10 from the free throw line. Wow. Cant remember when he did that well from the stripe.

Not bad for Amare either, had 22 pts, 15 rebs and 3 blocks.

Monster stats again for D. Wade. Garnering 35 pts, 5 rebs, 4 assists, 2 steals and 2 blocks.

Chris Paul almost had a quadriple double 27 pts, 1o rebs, 15 assists, and 7 steals. He gets my vote for fantasy best player of the year.

Al Jefferson gets a win with his double-double of 23pts and 10 rebs.

issue Jan 25

Another produective night for Andrew Bynum getting 15 pts, 11 rebs and 5 blocks against Tim Duncan who had a so so 15pts and 8 rebs.

Shaquille O'niel is getting good on his free throw %, he hit 5-8 from the line while making 19pts and 11 rebs.

Tracy McGrady and Ron Artest are back on the court tonight and both logged heavy minutes immediately. Both were productive in the win against slumping Detriot going 15pts, 4 ast, 4 rebs and 24pts and 9 rebs respectively. Im estatic that I got Artest. And I hope he remains healthy from here on.

Huge night for Al Jefferson, 39pts and 9 rebs.

Joakim Noah had an unusual productive night going for 14pts, 10 rebs and 7blocks. Im not getting too excited with this dude because he has been very inconsistent all season. Last time out he had 0pts and 3 rebs and fouled out.

J.R. Smith and Linas Kleiza have been producing well with the absence of Melo in the lineup. Both were productive again tonight.

As I predicted DeAndre Jordan had a huge night tonight agianst the warriors. He had 8 pts and 20 rebs. Pick him up if you need center stats as long as Marcus Camby or Zach Randolph are out. He is available in 90% of yahoo leagues.

Issue Jan 24

Samuel Dalembert was on a tear tonight. Getting 10pts 17rebs and 3 blocks. Im sad that I let this guy go. He was on a slump 10games back, but looking at his stats for the past 5 games wow...his contributing on the rebound department and more importantly blocks.

Elton Brand was back after missing a few games because of injuries. He had 6pts and 3rebs in 13 mins. I think philly is bringing him back slowly. Lets see what happens to Andre Iguodala's fantasy stats now that Brand is back.

Rudy Gay had a miserable day tonight going 4-17 and just scoring 12 pts and 7 rebs with 2 TOs.

If you dont know who the hell Jason Thompson is and you need some solid forward play he can help you with points, rebs and FG%. Last 5 games he is averaging 14.4 pts and 7.6 rebs not including his 16pts 9 rebs tonight. Best of all he is available in 70% of yahoo leagues.

Charlie Villanueva is really back. Contributing 18pts and 9 rebs tonight. Better grab him now, he is still available on 30% of yahoo leagues.

Lebron James missed a triple double by one assist. Getting a wonderful 33 pts, 14 rebs and 9 assists.

Paul Mislap had another triple double with 24 pts and 15 rebs making Carlos Boozer expendable for the Jazz.

I think Ron Artest is getting ready for a comeback anytime next week, so ill grab him off waivers if hes available.
